Clutter Help
Confronting clutter is not just about getting rid of stuff. It’s about determining honestly what’s no longer helpful to you, then finding ways to let it go and make room for what matters.

What Is Clutter?
Clutter is anything that drains your energy, gets in your way, distracts from what’s important, or has no place in your home or life. Stacks of paper, unproductive thinking, stuck feelings, and time-wasting activities can take up space that could be better used for other things.

I can help you confront clutter in any of the following ways.

My Book, Confronting Your Clutter: This book of essays and exercises is designed to help you release the excess baggage from your home, head, heart and schedule. It gently invites you to take a closer look at clutter, prepare for change, gather support, get out of your own way, learn to let go, and find new ways to navigate time.

Clutter Consultations: I provide consultations for individuals, households, and businesses. A consultation typically includes:

  • Initial 2-hour assessment in your home or workplace.
  • One copy of Confronting Your Clutter.
  • Follow-up summary letter and proposed plan of action.
  • Optional follow-up phone calls or visits.
